How Can rapid Heart Rate Along With Lightheadedness be Treated?

Hello, I wanted to ask for advice as I don t know what to do. I ve stopped my antidepressants two days ago and since then I feel sick. I feel light headed and I m sweating and I feel like I m going to faint. My heart is going crazy. My resting heart rate is 128 and at one point it was 137. Do I need to go to Emergency Department? If yes what treatment will I be given? Thank you in advance

Welcome to the HCM,
Dear I would like to ask that have you stopped antidepprassants with out informing your treating doctor?
I would like to suggest get checked by your treating doctor first to rule out further need of previous medicines.Also a Cardiologist opinion may also help for antidepprasants dosage and side effects.
